What is Aktivated® Barley?
Aktivated® Barley is a pre-sprouted grain which can be taken throughout the day to increase carbohydrate intake for a number of different sports.
Activated Barley Benefits
The beta-glucans found within the barley can contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Due to this being a low GI source of carbohydrate this can also contribute to the reduction of the blood glucose rise after it is consumed.

Aktivated® Barley is ideal for anyone looking to increase daily carbohydrate intake in the form of a low GI source of carbohydrate.
The dietary choices of all our customers are extremely important to us. Whilst this product is manufactured using ingredients and processing aids suitable for the vegan diet, please note that dairy powders are also used within the same production facility and cross contamination may occur at very small levels.
